    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using SABO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

    2. Marketplace Rules

    SABO connects buyers with verified African manufacturers and sellers. All transactions are protected by our escrow system.

    3. Escrow & Payments

    Payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Sellers receive payouts minus a 5% platform fee after escrow release.

    4. Buyer Responsibilities

    Buyers must confirm delivery within 7 days of receiving goods. Failure to confirm may result in automatic escrow release.

    5. Seller Responsibilities

    Sellers must fulfill orders within the stated lead time and provide accurate product descriptions and images.

    6. Dispute Resolution

    Disputes are handled through our platform's dispute resolution process. SABO acts as a neutral mediator.
